We do not accept returns for payments refunds.
We do not accept exchanges for any reason.
If there is something wrong with the blanket or fabric due to us send it back within 10 days of the delivery date so we can fix it.
The item must be unused and unwashed condition.
After 10 days we will not be fixing blankets.
Each item is photographed to it's very best to display accurate colors, measurements and patterns. Please beware that various computer/mobile devices have different color display profiles. Items with slight variances will not be considered defective, as each item may be unique in pattern/color.
Pink Point is not responsible for lost, held, damaged or stolen packages. We are not responsible for delivery errors via carrier or incorrect shipping information. Please be sure to give us a secured address for delivery.
